Rosemink Boutique Return Policy

Please note:

Items not eligible for refund/exchange:

All bottoms including thongs, panties, and shorts including hosiery.

All bespoke orders are final sale.

All fragrance orders are final sale.

Given the delicate nature of what we sell, eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to be considered for a return. Items must be in original condition.

To request a return, please complete this form.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

  • “Last Chance,” price reduced items, purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
